Adelante is a major employer in New Mexico with locations throughout the state. We are always looking for caring people who want to make a difference while they make a living.

Adelante employs over 700 people, including 275 people with disabilities. Because we are a nonprofit agency with a social mission, a majority of our employees are devoted to providing direct support to people with disabilities at work, in their homes, and in day-time programs. A variety of shifts and positions may be available. Other employees support Adelante by providing services such as accounting, training, administrative support, computer or technical services, and maintenance of our facilities and vehicles.

Adelante is a lively, friendly, and rewarding place to work. It is among the largest and most diverse nonprofit agencies in New Mexico and we have earned many quality awards including the Quality New Mexico Piñon Award, ISO 9000, and others.

High on the list of qualities we look for are a positive attitude and an ability to solve problems in a creative way. Because we work closely with people who are vulnerable, all of our positions require a background check and drug testing. Many positions require employees to drive for the agency, and for those positions a good driving record is required.
