Adelante also operates several affirmative businesses under our Adelante Enterprises division that provide services for local businesses while providing employment for over 300 people with disabilities. A variety of employment opportunities are available in those businesses. Each Enterprise is located in the community, but Adelante operates them and provides the vocational training and support people need to succeed in their jobs. Proceeds from the businesses pay the salaries of the people who work there and provide income to the agency.

In addition, Adelante's Employment Services program works as an employment agency for people with disabilities. This program is specifically for people looking for work in the community, outside the business models Adelante Enterprises provides.
